Appartments Weiss is in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Westendorf located. The ski bus stop is 200 meters away from the apartment. The cozy village center with the ski- and practice area is by foot about 10 minutes away. From there you can easily get to the gondola that takes you into the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area. Discover the versatile possibilities of the Kitzbüheler Alps. 

The property is divided into 3 spacious apartments of 70 m2 each with its own entrance. The apartments have a balcony or terrace with free views of the surrounding mountains. Each apartment has a sitting area, dining area with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, shower, and separate toilet. The décor is cozy and equipped with all the comforts. Furthermore, all rooms have Free Wi-Fi. There is also a separate area equipped with a ski boot dryer and ski/snowboard standard. 

Since May 2021, our apartments received the distinction "4 Edelweiß Superior" , wich means first-class establishments and belongs to the highest quality level in Tyrol.

Highlight; For our guests there is a lounge in "Tyrolean style" ideal for a cozy get-together on cold winter evenings or in the summer to enjoy a drink after enjoying of a beautiful day.

New from winter of 2022/2023:

Starting from winter of 2022/2023 you will have a charging station (11KW) available to use for your electric or hybrid car, for a fee. This way you can reach us stress-free and in an environmentally-friendly manner.

The unique landscape and mountains in the Kitzbühel Alps not only guarantee relaxation, but also offer plenty of leisure activities for the whole family. Regardless of whether you are looking for adventure worlds for your children, such as enjoy the Hexenwasser in Söll or the beautiful landscape of the over 700km of well-tended hiking trails. Designated mountain bike routes and the surrounding golf courses in the region mean that summer sports are not neglected.

Vacation in Austria insurance cover and COVID-19

Travel Insurance

In order to give our guests as much security as possible for a carefree winter and summer vacation, we are a partner of the Europäische Reiseversicherung (ERV). You can take out travel and cancellation insurance when you book online. This insurance includes Covid 19 coverage.
 
In the Hotelstorno Plus and Premium we (ERV) cover the following reasons in the event of a cancellation or travel interruption by the guest:

  • because you suffer from COVID-19 symptoms,
  • because you have been found to have an elevated temperature measured, even if a later test result is negative,
  • because you were tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms,
  • because a close relative (*) or a person living in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required,
  • because a close relative (*) in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and you must therefore be quarantined,
  • because you are unable to travel as a result of your illness during your stay. Covered are costs within the limits of involuntary extended accomodation.

 

(*) Close relatives are defined as spouse (or registered partner or partner living in the same household), children (step children, children-in-law, grandchildren, foster children), parents (step parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, foster parents), siblings and brother-in-law/sister-in-law of the insured person - in case of a registered partner or partner living in the same household, additionally his/her children, parents and siblings.

There is no insurance cover:

  • if you cannot or do not want to start the travel because you are worried about an infection due to the increasing number of cases at your holiday destination,
  • if you cannot or do not want to start the travel because you are classified as a risk patient,
  • if the hotel cannot (any longer) provide its service (e.g. in case of closing the hotel by official decree or the hotel is located in an area of level 5 or 6 travel warning),
  • if you cannot start the travel because you are placed in quarantine due to a suspected case (e.g. in kindergarten or among your colleagues) without having symptoms of the disease or having tested positive,
  • for costs taken over for mere quarantine accommodation.
